Some nice photography by Collin Martin at Spohn Ranch’s Centennial Skatepark in Lemont, IL. This was a 2006 SpohnCrete skate plaza that has become an area favorite. SpohnCrete’s ability to act as a retaining wall let Lemont build a multi-tiered street plaza without extensive site work, especially important due to high-water tables. The city’s time table was tight, but even with excessive rains, Spohn Ranch installed the park on time and on budget.
