Officially named “Bakken Wheels Park”, Spohn Ranch’s design-build project for the Village of Cottage Grove, Wisconsin opened to the public in August after a formal ribbon cutting.
Design of the 10,000 square foot wheel sports landscape was shaped by input from local riders and features the full range of terrain styles – a bowl with multiple elevations, a linear street section and a concrete pump track.
The skatepark is also supported by sports lighting, spectator seating and shade canopies.
Just down the road in the Village of McFarland, Wisconsin, the Spohn Ranch crew is wrapping up another concrete masterpiece, so stay tuned for that skatepark’s opening details!
